I understand the value of unlocking operational effectiveness for better performance and results. I feel I can continue to help the district prioritize academic achievement and implement plans based on them having the most long-term impact. This does not mean we should be dictating specifics. We need to set specific, actionable goals and empower educators to make decisions that fulfill those goals. Our job is to monitor progress and create a path for administration and staff to succeed. The combination of my skills and involvement will help the district prioritize appropriately and move the district in a positive way towards long-term sustainability in academic achievement and the future of our students as well as the district's financial outlook.
